Onsite Visits, Right Party Contact
We will dispatch one of our Certified Field Agent to your borrower’s home address or place of business to attempt to make right party contact.
- Our primary goal is to make face-to-face contact
- Up to 2 (two) visits to the specified property if there is no contact made on the first visits
- Contact at least 1 neighbor for information on your customer and/or designated property (if possible)
- Full description of the neighborhood
- Notation of any vehicles in the driveway, along with license plate numbers, state, make and model of car
- Notation if the property is for sale, along with Realtor name and phone number
- Notation if the property is occupied
- Photos of property and or collateral
